  • was a bit too noisy for me and the service was slow. We were there for a team Christmas dinner and we had a hard time hearing each other. I found the chairs to be very uncomfortable.

  • we went with friends for Brunch ... which was great great location , with lovely view across the water , great selection of food, charming staff, and ...we had fun BUT BE WARNED .........millions of screaming , misbehaved children are amongst the guests - and parents who will not control them ... who seem not to care ... therefore i enjoyed this place ONCE but won't return, as i found the background noise (screaming children) unbearable.

  • We went 6 persons to Boothaus - The Boathouse. Great Wheat beers - Welde Slow beer Hefeweizen and fantastic food. We had a variety of food. All of it was very good. One of my experienced colleagues said it was the best ribeye steak he had had in several years. Nice surroundings, friendly staff and good food - everything at reasonable prices.

  • If you like to eat beef and like the subtle differences between different ways of aging, preparing, seasoning or otherwise handling it, this is the place for you to come in Mannheim! There is nothing else to say, really, regarding the food. Make your choice, and in case you cannot make one, come back a second time! Of course the location overlooking the Neckar river and underneath the large TV tower is also nice, but once you have tasted your first beef here that will be forgotten anyways! On Saturdays they usually offer events, especially the Ü30 (over 30) parties are well worth a visit ;-)
