  • I get the impression that this restaurant is quite good. However, I ate there with a large group of people for a business meeting. This unfortunately meant that we had a predetermined set menu with no option of choice. The entree was pretty good - a fried soft boiled egg with a nice sauce - but it was served in dish that made it difficult to eat! Main was some form of fish that may have been nice if it was not so dried out. I know it can be difficult to serve fish to so many people and get it right. Dessert was a tarte aux framboises that was mass produced from a factory somewhere. It did taste ok, but it was clearly not something the chef has prepared himself. This was confirmed the next day when I was eating lunch with a friend at a brasserie (Valmy) in La Defense the next day and the identical dessert was served up. Believe it or not I will return here because this restaurant clearly has the makings of something good. However, next time I visit it will be with a small group of friends and we will order from the menu. Summary: not suitable for a large group, but give it a go.
