  • Fondue factory - best hotpot (or "steamboat") in Paris. Great service, good selection, good location. If you're unfamiliar with hotpot, it has nothing to do with "fondue" other than the notion that you stick something in something else and eat it that way. There's a hot boiling broth of your choosing, along with raw veg and proteins of your choosing. Cook to the temperature of your choice, eat with rice and noodles if you wish, and wash down with a beverage of your choice. No cook to blame but yourself :-)
