  • Disappointed by Nandos on this visit. I normally love Nandos and I am a loyalty member of theirs. They had computer problems, which made them seriously slow taking the order. I had to wait a long time for it to be ready (15 mins?). I must say, the food was terrible. I ordered $65 of food. My family would have eaten about $10 of it and we threw the rest out. My kids would not touch it. It was very greasy. Chips were ok though. One of the problems was that I asked for mild sauce to take away. The staff assured me that their bottle which was clearly marked "medium" level of spicy, was in fact "mild". I explained that my little kids could not eat anything above "mild". They assured me that it was indeed "mild". However, when I got back to the hotel where we were staying, it was actually very hot sauce (at least "medium"). Kids could not eat it, and cried when they tasted it. I want back to Nandos to explain the situation to them, and the staff member just did not care. Disappointed. I have never thrown out $50 of takeaway for before.
