  • Don't go there. Staff has not clue what they are doing. Food was very bad and when questioning it I got the owner making it out that it was my fault. Well a sausage platter is not a plate with 2 sausages drowned in gravy with chips. Not a nice experience

  • My young son and I ate here around 4.40pm. He had prawn fried rice, we both shared spring rolls and I had chicken and cashew nuts and rice. Service was okay. When my sons food came I didnt like the look of the prawns they were clearly frozen type but he said they were ok and warm. My dish tasted fine and we shared. That night 1am my son and I were both up vomiting and the other we were up half the night and sick for best part of the next 24 hours. I cannot say it was the food but we had nothing else to eat that day that was the same. From other reviews though not convinced it was just a councidence!

  • Have visited for drink and snack food scores of times since this place opened. It is in a prime site right outside Central Festival and the Hilton and has an uninterrupted sea view. But it has deteriorated progressively over the years to the extent that I will not return again (other than possibly to observe whether the new manager is making any progress in improving the place - good luck to him on that, he will require management skills and a sizeable budget). The following observations relate to a visit within the last two weeks: Both of the sets of wooden steps leading up to the outside decking were damaged and potentially dangerous. The permanently fixed fan outside on the decking has never worked, it is not even wired up. An internal door upstairs has been 'out of order' for at least two years. The inside booth type seating is all ripped, worn and soiled.....it is as if it has been vandalised, but it is simply an example (common in Thailand) of cheap original fixtures & fittings not being maintained or replaced. The paintwork generally is in a state of disrepair. Labour and paint is not expensive in Thailand! There is one (yes, one) unisex toilet - this for a large two storey bar/restaurant which if full could, at a guess, accommodate at least 200 customers. Street vendors wander into the raised external decking area and pester customers to buy the usual range of merchandise - sunglasses, watches, dvd's etc. The staff do not care that their customers are being harassed in this way. The service is hit and miss, and that is putting it mildly. Few if any of the famous 'Thai smiles' from the entirely female waiting staff - for most of them it is as if they do not want to be there. Pattaya has plenty of choice when it comes to eating and drinking. Do yourself a favour and avoid this overpriced dump.
