I came here on my trip to Pattaya and this place has a great view. Good food and wonderful service! The place is located on top of a hotel on Pattaya hill. If you are confused on how to get there, don't worry! Hail a taxi driver and call this number for the person to tell the taxi driver exactly where to drive. Since I don't speak Thai, this method helped a lot.

I have eaten in this roof-top restaurant many times and it never fails to impress me and my guests. First, hands down, it has the highest and best 360 degree views of the city, ocean, beach front and islands in Pattaya. The restaurant offers Vietamese, Western and Thai food at very moderate prices considering the ambiance and great views. They also offer a 3 & 4 couse price fix menu which is a great value !! The roasted duck in orange sauce is delicious. Service is prompt, food and presentation are excellent. Great restaurant for a romantic dinner, special occasion or a great dinning experience. Reservations recommended - you won't be disappointed!!

This is an excellent place for a restaurant. Pitty the evening I where there it where fully booked but I did get a little table. The evening of the 29th Nov they did have a buffet that I think where overpriced, but there where a lot to nibble on...The lack of direction by casual waiters where disappointing. Whereby a client have to approached the bar twice to ask where is his wine. The permanent staff where excellent and helpful. (Thank you Pong for your excellent service) I will recommend this restaurant for the view and I do think the service will improved.. they just need some little direction from the owner and some professionalism.

we were staying in pattaya hill resort,which is an average hotel on pattaya hill.one evening dogtired after a sightseeing trip and back in the hotel we tried the cuisine in this restaurant on the 23rd floor,not expecting much but the gentle staff there surprised us with great service and good food.they have a fixed menu and a la carte.we ordered some Vietnamese food including fish,chicken and a banana split...all were superb.for me,a vegetarian, they rustled a stir fry and spinach with cheese..both tasty.the drinks were good . the view is great from the terrace and one gets a panaromic view of the city and the sea. however the entrance needs to be spruced up . they offer 20%discount on all days. closed on Mondays.
