Walking along Riverside and casually stopped at this restaurant for dinner. It looks good. Staff warm and friendly. There ends the good stuff. We had steak for dinner. The imported rump was very very tough. I do not like to complain in restaurants, I just don't return. However I was asked how my food was by the waitress and I nicely told her about it. The owner could see the discussion and came to our table whereby he offered an apology and that he would not charge for it as there had been several complaints already. The imported T bone was good meat. Ordered medium. It was raw, jelly like and for us ruined as it could have been a nice piece of steak if cooked properly (even rare would have been ok with us). Desert was a shared banana and ice cream concoction. Hmmmm, I recall my children making something similar when they were around 6 years old. It was elementary at best and sprinkled with 'hundreds and thousands' like kids have at birthday parties. There is NO way this is anything but 2 star or less and they clearly have no idea how to cook steak at all, much less to order.
