  • This is one of the best local bars in Prague . We go here the whole time. The staff are friendly, the food is good and the beer is great. I highly recommend U Petniku.

  • This pub is a little out of town, but the 5 & 8 trams stop almost outside. If you like la-di-da pubs, then this place is not for you. If you like old fashioned, down to earth pubs that tourists don't usually find, then this is not to miss. Because its mainly for locals the menu is only in Czech but helpful waiters will help you out. The beef goulash was the best that I have had anywhere. A hearty portion with twice as much beef as you will be served in town. The beer is wonderful too. Únětické Pivo 12° is a great beer and always kept well here. So, drag yourself away from the tourist pubs in the center and take the tram out to a real, locals pub. You won't be disappointed.
