Felt like Thai food and finally ate here. I've read a number of mixed reviews about the wait staff etc but found our waitress extremely friendly, polite and pretty good at her job. There wasn't a full house but enough to keep the staff moving. We were given time to decide and the right amount of attention and service. Two starters and mains and all of the dishes were great. Will be back again and maybe a regular experience.

We sat quickly in a very packed time slot. We decided on food and it took a little time (with three staff) wondering around the area to place the order. Drinks and two mains...simple request. We shared the first main when it arrived very quickly but when we questioned the second we were told the had sold out and this wasn't available. This was 40 minutes after we originally ordered. They thought this wasn't important when we placed the order. We were offered the menu to choose something else to which we politely requested the bill. Most Red Spoon outlets have nice food but this service has turned us away, we won't return.
