餐厅介绍

穿过一条花园小径就到达了餐厅，黑白方格瓷砖、橙色的纱幔让餐厅充满复古风情。餐厅中还有一张能容纳20多人的长桌，一群朋友或一家人在这里用餐最合适不过了。餐厅供应的柬埔寨料理味道正宗，饭后再喝上一杯小酒，非常惬意。

牛角包 , 炸春卷 , 蛋饼 , 燕麦粥 , 炒蛋 , 法式煎饼 , 班尼迪克蛋

    在我心里，Chef D’ Angkor Restaurant是一家令人好吃到停不了嘴的餐厅。
    橘色纱幔的布置，充满浪漫情调。
    柬式春卷，肉碎与青瓜、生菜等馅料被薄如蝉翼的透明春卷皮包裹着，入口柔软多汁，味蕾都因为这道菜而彻底打开。

    冬阴功汤，虾肉和鱿鱼肉质新鲜弹牙，冬阴功汤底香浓不呛鼻，香茅的香味时不时卷进你的鼻腔内，同样也是一道让人食欲大增的美味料理！

    柬式炒通心菜色香味俱全，不一会儿就吃光盘了。

    饮料和水果也是真材实料喝得出、吃得到，总的来说Chef D’ Angkor Restaurant确实是来暹粒不得不吃的一家餐厅。

  • 居然一个人也没有，与朋友两个人包场了，春卷好吃，蛋炒饭我们点的是蔬菜炒饭，很香，味道不错，炸鸡是最后上的，结果饭吃饱了没吃完，炸鸡好点咸

  • 这家餐馆在快到吴哥窟的路上，莱佛士酒店旁边，味道不错，价钱还算是比较便宜的，不过可能本地人还是不太能消费得起

  • We visited it twice for lunch in our 5 day stay at Siem Reap. We discovered it accidentally as our tuk-tuk driver went looking for a nice restaurant on the main road. We were looking for a nice restaurant and liked the looks of it. It is a large restaurant with nice grounds. We were very late for lunch coming back from the temple visits but they were still open for lunch. They have opened up just about 2 months back and everything is spic and span. We ordered seafood dishes and every one was superb! For drinks, we selected the green coconut water and were pleasantly surprised to get huge sized coconuts!

  • We called here for lunch as it was near to our hotel and we had visited Raffles in Singapore this year. The decor is really nice typical of this standard of hotel. We ordered our food but waited nearly 30 minutes for our meals to arrive. Food was very good. Most of the staff where really nice but some where a bit miserable which we had not seen before in Cambodia. The lack of feedback from the hotel on reviews shows they don't think they need to change which is a shame for a hotel carrying this great name.

  • Our dinner here was good but we felt it was overpriced. Maybe you are paying for the experience of eating at a restaurant in the Raffles Grand Hotel?? Very elegant dining experience with service to match. We had grilled corn fed chicken breast which came with grilled mushrooms, asparagus, chorizos, and a truffle cream sauce. My husband ordered the roast salmon which came with warm potatoes, seeded mustard, and watercress. For desert it was the macaroon tasting plate with coffee ice cream and chocolate gateau with grapefruit sorbet. All washed down with a nice glass of rose wine and beer. Cost for this meal was around $110 for the 2 of us. This included a 6% service charge. Amount is probably high for Cambodian standards but we would have paid more back home for this meal.
