  • 3rd time back and it has improved for us on each occasion. For us, the trip is about 45 minutes, but the food and overall experience make us keep returning. We came on a Wednesday and only 3-4 tables were occupied, this gave us more time to interact with Britta, who has definitely warmed up to us more than when we first came. It could be as simple as us learning the language more or the restaurant not being as crowded, but this was a delightful meal, with great conversation, topped off with a great deconstructed "cheesecake", which is marscapone, sweetened and whipped. Hopefully Britta shares the recipe with me so I can reconstruct at home. We had a fantastic Parmesan flan/soufflé to start. Sliced steak with truffles were spot on delicious. This is outside the main walls and the hustle bustle of the city center and worth putting on your list. Space is extremely limited, so I recommend reservations. Maybe they can find a way to add outside seating.......will return!
