  • Come here for its famous Watermelon layer cakes each time I visit Sydney. This special cakes are sold more than a thousand pieces a day, the store is having long queued every day. This time I queued for 30 minutes.
    The cake is layered with strawberries, pistachio, rose petals and watermelon. It’s very fresh and juicy. And the cake is made with egg white, almonds with rose water. It really challenges your taste buds and just unforgettable! I also tried the Lychee & Raspberry! Fresh and tasty too. The Chocolate & Hazelnut Torte, chocolate lovers can’t miss! The place is quite small and crowded so I usually order takeaway. They serve coffee and tea too.

现在悉尼有两家店，一家在Newtown一家在Rosebery，Rosebery这家座位更多适合聊天打发时光。店面不大却有着人气爆棚红遍大悉尼堪称最好吃的西瓜草莓蛋糕。蛋糕有六层，中间是一整块的西瓜夹心，夹住西瓜片的是特制的有玫瑰香味的奶油，奶油入口即化香甜而不腻，蛋糕的颜值担当是顶层的草莓加玫瑰花瓣，不容错过！除了西瓜蛋糕，店里的其他的甜品也做得十分用心，咖啡的口感也很香醇。
