  • Adam Troy's pub in Vung Tau is a fantastic place to meet interesting people and enjoy great food and ice cold beer! The staff are all lovely people and owner Rob is a wealth of local information and a very kind bloke. As a solo traveller I felt at home in Adam Troy's the moment I walked in the door and returned many times! Thanks for the hospitality Adam Troy's

  • After nearly a decade in VN I cannot wait to get to Vung Tau and Adam Troy's. The best Big Breakfast, burgers, beef rissoles! The chips/fries are "real" also, not little strings. Cold bia, great food! Check them out.

  • Not a bad spot to sit and have a few drinks with friends, however the beer cards are redundant as you don't save anything. I don't get it- I guess you just pay for the beer before instead of after? I ordered the spicy wedges recently and they came doused in an extremely bland paprika. Not remotely spicy and thick with powder. I have had some good dishes here in the past.

  • Excellent food - serving one of the best cheeseburgers in Vung Tau -- Australian steak patty with real bacon, top with sweet condiments and veggies. A well made "extra large" mouth-watering cheeseburger that one finds in a well-established neighborhood sport bar & grill restaurant in America (such as Chili's, TGI Friday's, Bennigan's, Applebee's, etc.) The owners (Rob - i.e. "Valdez is coming", and Kim) are down to earth folks - very friendly and love to talk to their customers. Their staff is equally friendly and attentive to your needs - my beers (I had three) were always cold and fresh. Definitely a place to hang out for dinner and to watch sports on three large screen HDTVs. Check out the wall display of many Australia memorabilia and the nice guitar hanging on the wall
