Decided to call in on way back from Farmers Market to try the ice cream. Wasn't sure about the liquorice as thought it might be too strong even for a liquorice fan but it was just right. The mocha flavour as the 2nd scoop was pretty tasty as well. A nice way to finish off.

Come here for a great range of yummy icecreams, including whipped ones, but sitting and staying would not be my preference, and nor would eating anything else here - not very inpiring.

We dropped in for an icecream on a cold saturday. The sorbets and icecreams offered were excellent with delicious flavours and smooth textures. The service was quick and the cost not expensive. However it was very cold and windy outside, and even though there is a fire in the cafe it was not lit. We enjoyed the couch and wooden tables adjacent to the fire. A few people came in to try an icecream, or buy the take home packs of icecream, sorbet or berries but the numbers of people would have increased dramatically if someone had bothered to light the fireplace then mention it on a blackboard outside. After all, with the market, a few hundred people walk right past the front door on a saturday. When we got up to leave we did want to mention this to the staff behind the counter but they had all mysteriously disappeared out the back. Perhaps they didn't want their workplace to be busy.
