  • Hamo (ハモ) is a Japanese name for pike eel and known as get-jang-eo in Korean. It is served either in sashimi or shabu-shabu and comes with a variety of vegetable to wrap and eat in the Korean style, and it's really delicious, especially with a bottle of soju. The restaurant is located in a nearby island, Gyeongdo, and the way to the restaurant itself is fun, too. Go to Yeosu harbor and take 5 min ride in ferry to arrive in the restaurant. Sitting in the seaside, you can enjoy a great view and relaxed vacation feelings.
