M43****7762点评：We visited for the Mix it class with Jesse, a fun and informative hour learning a little about gin, how it’s made, it’s history and what goes into the different gins produced. At the same time we made and drank three cocktails, a classic gin and tonic, a martini and a basil smash, all delicious! Jesse was a fun and informative host who clearly knows his stuff whilst providing an entertaining presentation. As it’s name suggests the gin lab has a theme and the class is held in a “laboratory” themed room with measuring vessels including beakers and test tubes an interesting twist on the science of mixology. Our evening session was a great way to make and enjoy pre-dinner drinks.

M43****7762点评：I am not sure what I was expecting by visiting the Norfolk Broads for a boating holiday. We picked our boat up from Wroxham and having planned out trip it was changed due to the river being too high to get under bridges etc, understandable and we were prepared for that. We did hire the boat for 11 days which was too long for us. We did cut our visit short as the river 'driving' was very busy, not exactly sure what the rules of the river are apart from staying on the right. The Norfolk Broads in general are beautiful. Lots of little villages with thatched roofed houses and very friendly pubs. Lots of tributaries to explore, bird life to see and a haven for fishermen. We had a lovely time we just weren't expecting the amount of traffic on the river which spoilt it for us.
