M43****7762点评：The recpetionist was exceptionally rude. I wanted to find out information for my daughters party and was told I was wasting their time with all my questions. A member of mamagment passed while this conversation was happening and didn't help or support. I've heard amazing reviews about this place so must have been having a "Bad day" however if I do return I will keep all fingers and toes crossed that it isnt the same receptionist. Please send your staff on a customer service course.
