M43****7762点评：Total and utter rip off. These people are thieves!!! They have concocted a set of t&c’s which mean they claim they can steal from you. It is Christmas and we have all been impacted by the sudden tier 4 restrictions but these people rather than offering the option of a gift voucher or a refund, are insisting on only giving gift vouchers and keeping our money. It’s absolutely disgraceful. Thousands of businesses are struggling but in the whole of this debacle, I have never had anyone tell me we couldn’t have a refund when legislation has changed. Disgusting.
