以前经常座新航的短途，感觉不错，上次座了一次新加坡到阿姆斯特丹的长途，13个小时，真的感觉到和欧洲航空公司的不同，KLM，BRITISH AIRWAYS，AUSTRIAN，SAS都差太远了。

上次从新加坡乘飞机到欧洲，如沐春风，新航服务确实周到，人性化，国航可是得好好学学人家了！毕竟国际航空也同样是一个国家的窗口。放心，你将体验到很好的服务。至于纪念品，好像没什么大印象。
