If you are going to behave like a tourist you will be treated rudely. Why would you move furniture without asking (previous review). So don't act like your entitled to special service and you will be treated as well as I am being treated today. With respect and great service. I had the fish and chips and had them give me a salad instead of chips. No problem.... Have respect and you will get respect. Food was good too.

I never write reviews but I feel obligated to do this time as our experience was so negative. Extremely rude staff followed by below average food made our dinning experience in San Pedro extremely poor. Although the place was recommended we were greatly disappointed with the food but even more with the service. On the other hand we went back to the other locations in the fish market and were able to make a terrible meal better and had some real food. My advice to all in the area is to enjoy the fish market, enjoy the food and drinks and "STAY AWAY" from Utro's

We went to have lunch at this place after having visited the USS IOWA. We went there because somebody at the ship recommended it. We were received by the rudest waitress that we have ever met. A redhead with blue eyes in her 60's. She seemed to be annoyed by us having showed up since we were a big party. We wanted to seat together outside and moved a table by ourselves and this woman comes out screaming at us that we were not allowed to do that. She asked in a rude manner why we couldn't eat on separate tables. Then we tell her we are leaving and she starts a rant about us in front of other patrons which really humiliated us. My daughter told her she was being rude, and her rant kept going on. I hope the owners of this place take corrective action with this waitress. She spoiled our day after a wonderful tour at the battleship. We can't talk about the quality of the food since she practically threw us out.

This location in just west of the Ports O'Call Marketplace. I always receive great service, the food tastes great, and the beer is icy cold. Make sure and check out all of the memorabilia on the walls.
