  • 店内的装修就可以用朴素两字来描述，和他家的菜单和食物一样。寿司最主要的不就是食材么。这家的消费性价比超高。

  • Can't get any better than this! You can order from their standard menu or just sit at the counter and let the chef set up an omakase set for you. I would recommend an omakase set as you can be sure to get the best bet of the day.

  • Reservation is a must. This is a 85 seaters restaurant. On weekend, they are doing min 3 turns. Fishes are air flown in daily. The premium seats are at the bar counter. Owners are wine lovers and many dishes are good precision of food and wine matching. Ask for the chef's recommendations for the best selection of the day. The paintings on the walls are done by the owner's children. A family venue.

  • Having eaten here more than 20 times it was time I wrote a review. I noticed from a previous reviewer he commented out n the cutting practice of the Yellow Tail, I asked the Itamae what practice of cutting he used, I was assured that only the taught practice under his learnings in Japan is permitted. All fish is fresh, 2 delivers from Japan weekly. Preparation is immaculate. Flab ours are unforgettable Try the Salmon Saikyo, and order a second!

  • I live bi-country now, with a condo in Bangkok as well as my home in LA. Having traveled extensively, and at one time being a partner in a extremely high-end sushi restaurant, I think I am more than qualified to give a "sushi" review on this restaurant. Now, for the review: Went on a Saturday night and they seemed to have lost our reservations. However, to their credit they did locate a table for us within minutes of arrival. Modern decor with servers in traditional Japanese server outfits. Service started off and finished very professional, only lacking checking on the table after each course to see how the preparations were received. Now to the food: There were only three of us, but I wanted to get a good sampling of the menu so we ordered: Artichoke and Tobiko Salad, Edamame, Tuna, Salmon Belly, Yellowtail, Freshwater Eel sushi, Foie Gras Sushi (house specialty), Yellowtail Collar, Spicy Tuna Lettuce Roll, Soft Shell Crab Roll, and Rainbow Roll. Salad was relatively flavorful and mixed at the table - a little too much sauce used. Edamame was fresh and crisp. Now for the sushi: First some sushi basics - fresh and thick does not mean good! The sushi was indeed fresh, however it was A. too thick to allow for the subtle taste of flavors, B. Salmon and Yellowtail bland and flavor lacking, and C. not cut in traditional Japanese fashion on the Yellowtail. It was cut the opposite direction resulting in stringy, tough to chew pieces. This had to be some of the worst "best sushi" I have experienced in years and for the quality it was far too high priced 450 baht for tuna etc. In sushi, quantity never makes up for quality. The Foie Gras sushi was very nicely prepared with good flavors, but grossly overpriced at 650 baht. Same with the yellowtail collar at 700 baht. Nicely prepared but overpriced. Soft shell crab roll was perfectly prepared. Rainbow roll was overpriced 650 baht and lacking flavor. Spicy Tuna Roll was average at best. We had no alcohol and our bill was 8,000
