A bit noisy and crowded for me but on my last night at a nearby Hotel I noticed a spare table out front so I sat out with the smokers and had a few beers and a meal. Not sure what to order so I asked the waitress and he was helpful. I had the spicy Octopus salad which I would definitely have again but I accidentally ate a small chilli which was a garnish, I think; a little distressed there for a minute or two but this is Thailand. Then I had the Green Curry Chicken. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce had a nice herbal aroma; the heat was (Thai) medium. Nice but a bit one dimensional in that the main vegetable was the 3 cm, or so, eggplant - often they use the 'pea' eggplants which I am not fond of as they can be a bit 'woody' if not fresh. Not sure of the rules but maybe you could use green beans or tomatoes to give it a bit of variety. Meal overall good and not expensive. Staff attentive. I don't smoke but I prefered sitting outside as lress crowded and less noisy; I didn't notice the smoke as open air and I like to watch the activity on the street.

We all must have heard the famous saying "Don't judge a book by its cover" indeed it is true for front page from the appearance the place is way below average. However if you are looking for above average Thai food this is just the place. Favorable for :- Vegetarians, economical, high value for money, beer and services for what it has to offer. Cons:- none of the staff communicate in english, overall looks of the place. specially recommended to working people around the area as they serve perfect chilled beer and food.

We discovered on our last day. Was a good place to drink a few beers at our night free,we enjoyed a live music band all night!!

if you are like and you don't like your Thai food so hot that it literally blows your head off then come to this resto. The whole place is wooden bench style homely restaurant. Almost everything I had was delicious, sadly I ordered the Green Thai curry which I know is a cliche but my goodness it was spectacular. They clearly put a slightly different twist to each dish that I have never tasted before The service is fast and furious and you will not be dissapointed. Not really a romantic place but come here for the food and good company
