  • 餐厅非常小,座位不到20个,招牌是炸牛肉丼饭,无可挑剔的好吃,牛排在石盘上再热一下就入口最好吃,大多吃原味没沾酱,而且非常幸运,在星期二晚上6点没排队直接进入用餐。

B1F 101-0021,这家餐厅位于小巷弄的地下一楼,餐厅非常小,座位不到20个,招牌是炸牛肉丼饭 我们到的时间约莫晚上7点30左右,但虽然已经过了用餐时间依然有7.8个人排队 由于店面很小,翻桌率慢,因此等了30分钟左右才进入店里用餐 菜单很简单,以牛肉重量分为Single/Double/Triple,然后就是有山药/没山药的区别 我点了一份含山药的Single size(1400円,NT420),等候10分钟后餐点就送上来了 餐点内容有炸牛排、高丽菜丝、马铃薯沙拉、山药泥、酱菜、沾酱(酱油和山芥末酱)、味噌汤和麦饭 牛排裹着面衣下去炸以后随即起锅分切,因此外皮酥脆,但里面肉质大约只有三分熟 吃的时候需用店家准备的小陶板将切成条状的牛肉烤到五分熟以后再入口,吃起来非常软嫩 若搭配店家准备的山芥末酱或芥末一起吃,微辣的口感很搭。

  • Came here specifically on recommendations. Open at 11am and when we arrived at 10:45am there was already a queue of about 10 people that filled the entire narrow staircase going down to the basement where the tiny restaurant is (seats about 12). Then another queue continued across the small side street so no one is blocking vehicular traffic. It was about 40 minutes wait for us. This restaurant is located about 10-15 minutes walk from the Akihabara station, google map helped to find it. Fried pork cutlet dishes (tonkatsu) is commonly found in Tokyo, whereas fried beef cutlet (Gyu katsu) is usually popular in the Kansai region around Osaka and Kobe. We picked the 1400 yen set lunch (about US $13), basically it is panko breaded beef cutlet deep-fried. The beef inside is cooked medium rare and extremely tender and the panko coating is nice and crunchy and not greasy at all adding flavor and texture to each bite. There are 2 different dipping sauces: one is soyu you can add your own wasabi, the middle sauce is premixed soyu with garlic. For the shredded cabbage salad there is a large jar of salad seasoning (love those Japanese salad dressing) you can pour on as desired. Table sea salt crystal can be ground on beef as well. A little bowl of miso soup and barley rice mix accompanied the entire meal. The yam paste as shown in the photo (the pale pink color paste in a single dish) is the only dish that I don't care for. It is definitely an acquired taste. The paste is slimy (reminded me of okra) and kind of tasteless, supposedly you mix that in the rice and eat it. I regrettably put half a dish into my rice and it was not a pleasant experience. I almost couldn't eat the concoction until I added some soyu and wasabi to mask the taste and texture. There is also a small table-top hot stone plate burner to sizzle the beef cutlet if you like. I found eating the beef in its medium rare state is the best.
