Kaiseki at its finest! (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kaiseki). Make your reservations in advance, letting them know your allergies and "stay always" if any, and choosing from their 3 different menu types (http://mutsukari.com/eng/ryori_concept_eng.html). Then, get a good map (or use google maps) so you can show up on time, and then sit back and enjoy every course - amazing from start to finish! Amazing!

We chose the vegetarian tasting menu, and our consensus was that these were among the most imaginative and delicious vegetarian dishes we ever enjoyed. Highly differentiated, subtle flavors, achieved by judicious selection and combination of ingredients and painstakingly careful preparation. Beautiful presentations using exquisite table ware. Excellent service.

It's a very secret place in Ginza yet it's super convenient within two mints walk fm Gina station. The restaurant serves fusion Japanese and it will be suitable for special occasion eg date, biz dinner and so on. Very small place yet spacious for each table. It's kinda luxury in the middle of Ginza. Stylish but not snobbish, Every single meal delivers you Wow impression. Just to remind you that here is the one of the most difficult place to make a reservation. Plan early!

We were very glad that Peninsula Tokyo introduced us to this Michelin worth Japanese fusion restaurant in Ginza. We will definitely come back again. It's an open kitchen arrangement. A good size for Japan standard and elegant decor. Sitting right in the middle of the kitchen. 10 seats on the kitchen table and I believe there are 2 tables at the side - but the kitchen table seats are definitely the way to enjoy the experience and interaction with the chef and his crew. John, our co-chef and host, was a great guy. He quits his job as an engineer 2 years ago to join this great organization. The chef and his crew in action remind us to the Iron Chef program. Swift, smart and precise. John explained all the menu upon each presentation. A really "must visit" restaurant in Tokyo, Ginza. For family and amazing for a corporate treat.
