This restaurant is in a big shop in the Ginza area. This is a expensive shopping area. But the restaurant isn't that expensive but the quality is realy good. I had the pasta carbonaira and this was really how i should make it. So i Enjoyed my stay there. The cheese pallat was what poor therefore I don't rate this as verry good.

I got a cockroach in my pasta and hair in my hair. It's the worst place to go ever and the services and the staff sucks big time. The staff is so busy talking to their self that they don't give attention to the customer,they don't give a damn about Foreingn customers and they talk so rudely

I took a group of four Master's students here who had taken me to the Museum of Science and Nature and then to a shop that I'd wanted to go to. As it was Saturday lunch-time (well, 2pm) we had to wait for about 10 minutes. We had a corner table with great views. We had the A menu - Starter+Main+coffee for JYY1,980. I appreciated that the server checked what kind of vegetarian I was even asking whether it was OK or not to have a soup made with a fish stock. The meal was very good. I had a salad and focaccia while my colleagues had an appetiser plate of salmon, chicken, vegetables and focaccia. We all had pasta for the main courses. Everyone was well-satisfied although the huge glass windows coupled with the blazing sun meant we were slowly cooked!

The Mitsukoshi department has an up market food court! Situated on the 11th floor of the Mitsukoshi's annex (There is a walk through from the main store but you have to take the blue lifts to the 11th floor) Sesto Senso - Italian cuisine - is one of a number of restaurants to choose from. My wife treated me to dinner in Sesto Senso to mark my one year anniversary in Japan. She booked through a website that offered an evening deal with a guaranteed window table and a special menu. We had - two small glasses of wine, a starter, a second course and a dessert sampler. The bread was offered continuously and without additional cost. There was no main course offered. First off - the food was delicious but came in very small portions - closer to French cuisine. I was slightly worried that - as there was no main course - we might leave hungry but in the end we had plenty to eat. The decor was pleasant, the service good and view not bad (it was of a rooftop garden below - pleasant but not spectacular). In total the bill was just over ¥7000 which is decent considering the location and the food quality. Without the discount we estimated it would have been about ¥9000 which is still okay.. I would recommend this restaurant...
