  • Penguin cafe in sumida aquarium offers a good variety of food and drinks. A wide variety of snacks both tasty and innovative. Their drink with penguins is the best. A litte pricey but worth it.

  • We arrived a few minutes after they opened and they refused to seat us. More then 60% of the restaurant was empty! More than plenty of tables to sit us, but they refused. I even tried to bribe the manager to let us get a table and he blabbered something in Japanese and refused to seat us - even when there was plenty of non reserved tables to sit at. This place is a waste of time - don't go here - there plenty more accommodating places that will be more fun - I promise! The manager and waiters are horrible and very unaccommodating!!!!!!
