  • Unaware of the calibre of this restaurant which should justifiably be considered "fine dining," we arrived without a reservation on a Sunday night. Every table was taken except for one and we proceeded to be seated and enjoy a meal of exceptional quality. We were offered seven exquisite courses supported by an excellent wine list. While the restaurant reflects the pervasive level of quality evident throughout the hotel, it far surprises any notion of restaurant dining. The service was exquisite and the meal was a highlight in our very happy days in Tokyo.

  • This is such a quaint cosy little cottage which serves lunch and cake with coffee and tea. As we had lunch already we had the coffee and tea cake set which had 2 mini slices of cakes which were delicious. The cottage was so lovely, making it one of the highlights of our holiday in Hokkaido.

  • If you are a foodie and care about detail to have a good time with your friend, this is a suitable restaurant. We ordered the set course and the love the presentation. They use unique plates for each dish. Ingredients were fresh from the west area from the sea because of the convenient new Shinkanzen line. The anticipation of each dish coming and the plating visual art were something makes it magical experience. They gave us a quick area for this girls night out with my friend. The server explained every dish with style. Highly recommended to my friends.

  • Back to Japan after 5 years and a 6-year expatriation in Tokyo, we were invited for lunch in this restaurant lodged in the Tokyo Station Hotel. Absolutely outstanding! During our assignment in Japan we had the opportunity to taste Robuchon, Ducasse's Beige, L'Osier and many others like Pachon, but the menu set up in Blanc Rouge was absolutely beautiful: a mix of French and Japanese cuisines. I strongly recommend. The renovation of the hotel is also remarkable.
