  • Food was excellent, a very French restaurant. You should try the duck it was very yummy. Also their cocktails are great. Very nice staff.

  • Le Poncelet for me is a perfect modern Parisian cafe. It has trouble-free wifi, a great lunchtime special, usually around 12€ (and is sold out of by 13h00), and an unhurried manner that never makes me feel guilty when I sit and work there for hours on end.

  • My friends and i stumbled upon this place for supper while walking around the streets.. We were so glad we did! The duck had this honey sauce that was to die for and same goes for the lamb shank. I would highly recommend.

  • I have been there twice. The first time I was satisfied with my dinner. My second experience was very bad. I ordered a drink of cognac, the glass was warm. Then I ordered a cocktail, but mentioned that the first drink was too warm, like if he was just taken of the dishwasher. Instead of saying sorry, the server explained me that no and gave me some tricky and unbelievable explanation of why the glass was warmer than expected. Ok, maybe. Then he came back with my cocktail, but also a cognac that I did not ordered! So I assumed that they have done a gesture of goodwill as a compensation for the warm cognac. What else could it be? Bad surprise with the check: they counted me two cognacs, 1) one warm and 2) one that I did not ordered. I mentioned the problem, and clearly they had no intention to remove the unordered (or the warm) drink. No need to add that I will never go back there again after being mocked so brutally.
