  • I have been here three times now. The food is enjoyable and the service is friendly. I recommend the maison. Some of the reviews regarding the place feeling dated are well founded - but that really isn't an issue. The one criticism I have is that they have a tendency to have three gentlemen come walk around the room to talk to you (repeatedly) but only one waits/busses. I appreciate the attention and cultural leisure but it seemed a tad drawn out.

  • Dined here with my family on a recent weekend away in Paris. We tried the vegetarian tagine, beef brick, briwates assortment, and prince's couscous (mixed meat). We even tried the Moroccan red wine, a cabernet-merlot blend. Our service was friendly and good quality and we all enjoyed our meals. My 8 year-old daughter ordered grapefruit juice by mistake because her sister translated the French word wrong. When she found it too sour, the waiter offered flavored syrup to sweeten it up which she eagerly accepted. Our favorite items on the menu were the beef brick and the merguez sausage. Definitely a good night out.
