Yes some staff are friendly & speedy (quick) but most don't care at all about customers- eg stand for 2 minutes while churros cook watching them, despite a queue waiting to be served & hadn't even taken my payment- plus had already put my fries on my tray so they went cold and soggy (I used to be a manager at McDonald's, working with staff with this attitude would have driven me crazy). Food hit and miss. Last year we loved eating at quick, this year has put me off visiting again. Don't recommend.

We been 2 familys with 4 kids... after we order cheeseburger.. the kids wanted to change the meal option.. we been told. We cant as we paid already .. thats aside .. when we try to go to the toilet .. the door was locked.. ao going down and asking for help.. we been told ..just push down the handle..so up again..and the door had not handle.. so getting not so happy..i ask the staff member to show me..and he was totally arogant and though i am stupid.. just then when we went to the toilet door.. he said..is not working the toilet.. so i ask for the manager.. and suddenly she does not speak english .. so here they forget .. the Costumer is King.. not the staff ..train them better ..

It's fast food. Not much else to say. If thats your thing then go for it. But if you came to Paris for the excellent french cuisine then go somewhere else!

I went eating here in the last hours before leaving paris. About 2 hours later I became very sick. Now 2 weeks later I'm still not well. Got an examination by my doctor and I got an bacterial infection coused by eating bad meat. It's the only meat I ate while in paris so I don't have to look further. I'm sorry but be careful eating there
