Staying with our friend who lives in Dairy Farm Estate we dined at this restaurant tonight. What a delightful experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere & the friendly service made our evening so enjoyable. We ate the sashimi, 7 types of fish, the tempura prawns, the Japanese green peas, the fried Japanese dumplings followed by the teriyaki beef. All the food was to die for, the service was great & we can only recommend it to anyone looking for a good value meal. We took our own wine & the corkage charge was $24 but added to what we paid for our Aussie white this compared with purchasing one of their wines. Bear in mind all wine is expensive compared to prices back in Oz. It has a small bar area & you could sit outside but who wants to do that in hot humid Singapore. They have great Aircon inside. Dairy Farm Estate has beautiful grounds that you can look out on in daylight.

Tucked in a quiet estate of Dairy Farm Estate situated within Upper Bukit Timah area, we dined at this family owned Japanese restaurant which is a true hidden gem. The tranquility and serenity of the surrounding homes make this place exceptionally cosy and inviting. Go for the 7 kinds of assorted Sashimi selections if you're a fan of raw fish food. It's very fresh, mouth watering and appetizing. Even the leaves and flowers served with the dish are fresh! PS: The Sashimis are on 50% off every THURSDAY!
