  • No special surcomstances just a normal Saturday evening without rain at 7pm and Sarpino does pick up the phone, message says "we are busy making pizzas please call later"... When ordering only it gives a lead time of almost 3 hours... This is a bad joke. Bad to say but Domino's seems to be the only one on Singapore able to really deliver within reasonable time (30-45" minutes I consider acceptable). Sorry but I will not bother wasting my time with Sarpinos again... I ordered at Domino's despite the fact that we were already keen to try Scarpino's. Dear management; in the restaurant business you never get a second chance to make a first impression ....

  • We ordered two pizzas over the phone, however it took them over 2 hours to deliver. By the time they arrived they were so cold that we only ate a couple of slices, even after hearing them up they tasted pretty appalling. I definitely won't be ordering from here again.

  • Saprino's do very good pizza and they also have delivery. They offer very good combos and the pizza is thin crust and very well cooked. The ingredients used are very good as well.
