  • It's not enough to buy a burger for 130 kr. You are forced to buy expensive drinks as well. Maybe the most boring little sandwich i ever had. For the price of 89 kr.

  • I went with my kids for a nice outdoorsy time and a burger in this unusually beautiful September whether. The sun was shining, the place not crowded with a large and safe lawn in front (in fact the place is situated in a beautiful park) and a very nice wide space where the kids could run around on their scooters without molesting others. Outside seating was really appreciated in such a splendid day (the indoor area was in fact closed) and the peaceful scenery was icing on the cake. At first all went ok, however I would note that the burger had no salt in it and was not exactly cheap. I can accept that renting such a beautiful location can be expensive so I am not going to moan about the price. The food was so so (we had burgers and seasoning on the meat was, well, not really there including salt); we are used to Danish brunch (not the best in the world) and the place had a lot of positives to go for. And one BIG negative: the person working there (the owner I can only assume). It started when the kids needed to go to the toilet. The owner simply refused to open the it for us, for whatever mysterious reason and sent us to the public toilets 100 meters away (not ideal with two small children). That meant that had to leave abruptly and kids where extremely disappointed. Ah, forgot to mention that the owner let one lady into the bathroom minutes before we asked and clearly counted on us not understanding Danish when she bounced us. Unfortunately for her, we do understand Danish and we can recognise a grumpy old woman with no passion for her job, no love for children, no pride in what she does. What a reckoning, no wonder the place was empty. I believe that you pay a restaurant or a cafe' for having a good time, not for being bullied out by a grumpy owner. Perhaps park authorities should consider giving the concession to smarter people next time as the location is truly beautiful and underused. People who can make the most out of it and make their customers happy. To end
