  • burger的话比昨天推荐的Dulf's稍微差了那么一点。另外Dulf's家有3款面包可以选，这家只有一款。
    朋友选了当日特别款，加了花椒的。牛肉饼子还算OK，花椒什么没有感觉特别的出彩。
    我点了炸鸡burger, 用不不是鸡胸肉，这点给赞。总体可以，就是面包太厚太抢戏了。
    相比Dulf's的墨西哥辣椒肉酱芝士薯条，比较喜欢这家的， 肉酱和芝士都是直接浇在了刚炸好的薯条上后，直接上桌了，所以入口的时候薯条还是脆的。
    周末中午，客流量不断，但总体还是有空位，不需要排队。

  • 虽然叫汉堡，但是汉堡并不以汉堡出名。这家汉堡店以纽约风格闻名，所有酱料都是自制的。极力推荐Pulled Pork-Variante 汉堡。还有这里的苹果酱，特别的味道体验。

  • It would be rude to go to Hamburg and not look for a decent hamburger. Burger Lab came up on several lists for best burger in the city, and rightly so. We tried the Classic and Bacon-BBQ, splitting a sweet potato fries between two of us with some extra BBQ sauce. The burgers were excellent - notably the bun didn't disintegrate as we worked through it, a mark of a quality burger. The sweet potato fries and homemade BBQ sauce, however, were some of the best I've ever had (though one portion between two was more than enough). Despite it being somewhat hidden away from the city centre, it's definitely worth journeying out for.

  • Having been in Hamburg for 2 weeks and not eaten a burger, I was craving one. Not wanting to go to my previous spots, I googled 'best burgers in Hamburg' and settled on Burger Lab. Went, ordered a take away of Bacon-BBQ and sweet potato fries. Got to the hotel, salivating at the thought of my sweet potato fries and burger, I opened my take away and dug deep into my burger - juicy, tasty and perfectly cooked! I opened the box with the fries to enjoy them with my burger, but was horrified at what I saw - soggy, tasteless and BURNT sweet potato fries! An anticlimax to what I've also been looking forward to eat! I enjoyed the burger, but be careful about the fries - the worst I've ever eaten in Hamburg :(.

  • We visited The Burger Lab on a Friday night and the place was already packed when we arrived. No problem, the super friendly front of house staff sorted us out with a tasty beer while we waited for a table. Once seated we promptly had our orders taken and it wasn't long before our burgers arrived. And what amazing examples of burger mastery they were. We shared the Classic Beef, the Pulled Pork and the Bacon with sides of fries - regular and sweet potato - and plenty of the amazing sauces & dips on offer. The atmosphere was also great so overall we could not recommend this place highly enough. Go there if you're in Hamburg.
