  • actually I went to a KOKUBU kirishima depart. but it's a same group restaurant so I'm writing here.Japanese beef are different from European beef , Japanese good beef is much more tender and fatty. I like both style, just have to be good one. I have to say this kind of Grill style with Japanese Beef has amazing taste,and you can not experience in Europe. the fat of beef suit with this grill style,strong real fire make a bit crunchy,but still very soft and feel the meat very sweet. the some fat drop out from meats. in this restaurant you can eat such a high level beef with good price, in tokyo it will be double price. here Kagoshima is famous for Kuroge wagyu(japanese black beef) the original country, so many cows get bone here and spread out all over Japan and name change to the place in which the cows grow up.Miyazaki also same. so Kobe beef"s many of them are original Kagoshima black one or Miyazaki one. they have special treat in Kobe and then name would change to Kobe beef. at fist I was not really expected good beef in such a chain store, but I was really appreciate the taste and how much cost for it.
