  • オ一＞ソ力エ神户力プチ一ノ俱樂部 (喫茶) JR Kyoto Isetan It doesn’t seem to me that this café has an official English name, but it can be found on the website of Kyoto Isetan in Japanese. Check the English version. The name of this café briefly means “ Kobe Milk Coffee Club “or “Kobe Cappuccino Club”. This sidewalk café was located at the 11/F of The JR Isetan, Kyoto. Open concept, European style décor, rattan chairs, small round table covered with white/green clothes (seasonal change.) The atmosphere was warm, comfortable and welcoming. If budget was not a concern, this place was a good choice for a nice coffee break while shopping at Isetan. I usually visited this café when it was not busy. It was quite relaxed spending sometime in the afternoon sitting here at the corner, and enjoyed reading a book/magazine with a cup of cappuccino or Earl Grey tea, and a piece of beautifully made cake. Cakes and desserts always changed for seasonal favorites. Presentation and quality were good. I loved the way they took care of the details of their products. There was also a full list of coffee items and lots of choices. Service was excellent. Whenever I visited, the staff would bring a big basket and politely helped to put all my stuff (coat, handbag, shopping bags etc.) in and placed it on the floor besides my chair. There were tea sets (coffee/tea + cake) available everyday, price ranging from 900-1200yens.
