  • This is by far the best breakfast I've had in the states, this ihop has done Nevada proud,Roberto was very pleasant. The food was perfect in every way. I can't fault this place in the slightest. It's about 5 minutes from mgm grand by car

  • This place needs to be demolished. It stinks and when we were there the toilets were clogged and backing up. The food was nothing great and two senior breakfast with coffee came to $27.00. Yep $27 no kidding. What a RIP OFF.

  • So we came here our 2nd time. First time was the night shift. They was totally efficient. Even with one person working both dining rooms. Today... there was plenty of workers. But I guess per our waitress she was working both sides. She messed up our order and said she was going to fix it. She never came back to even check on us until she was ready to give us our check. We asked her why she never came back and tried to make our order right. Rather then even apologizing for anything. She just made up excuses for everything. She also made these excuses very loudly. Everyone here eating heard her. I personally got embarrassed then rather passed off by her loud display. The manager I guess was away at the bank. We've been waiting for 30 minutes for the manager to get back. When the manager returned from making the bank drop. He came over and apologized and listened to what happened. Said he would review it on the video for discipline actions on the waitress. Apologized again and comped our meal. We're happy the manager made us feel better and went beyond what we expected. A simple apology would have been Sufficient for us. Honestly... we may not be coming back to this place on the day shift. We live close to a block away from this place. We normally goto the one by sunset station. We was pretty excited about living close to a IHOP. But this one left a scar in the day time to be honest.

  • Along with my wife and friends dropped in to savour their pancakes and we were not disappointed. Given a warm welcome as always at IHOP, seated quickly, allowed to settle thwn drinks order take along with choice of pancakes and French Toast. Ample portions and excellent taste with a total cost for 4 of $52.88, well worth the cost. Situated just at the edge of the South Mall Shops, make sure you dont miss it.
