这家餐厅做的菜系偏墨西哥口味，采用的全是当地的食材，坐落于大楼的17层，还有一个露天阳台可供客人用餐，吃饭的同时可以俯瞰整个马德里的全景，店里的主厨是一家米其林三星餐厅的所有者，由其出手的菜品可想而知质量是非常高的，相信在这里你将会有一个非常不错的用餐体验。

At Serrano 52 at the Corte Ingles store on the seventh floor you can find Cascabel by Roberto Ruiz. StreetXO from chef David Muñoz and Rocambolesc by Jordi Roca. Together these chefs have seven Michelin stars between them. Cascabel offers unique recipes with Mexican flavors and local ingredients. Roberto Ruiz’s dishes (aguachile scallops, fish taco, guacamole, tossed chicken…) and a variety of coktails with mezcal. Seating inside and on the Terrace/ Sun deck overlooking Madrid's skyline.This is my favorite!!!! StreetXO is based on a philosophy of ‘street food‘. Chef David Muñoz is the owner chef of DiverXO the only 3* Michelin Restaurant in Madrid. Aromatic dishes with meat, fish, a mixture of flavors, sour, spicy, crunchy textures. Rocambolesc by Jordi Roca. ( Celler Can Roca the 3 Roca brothers Joan, Josep and Jordi's restaurant in Gerona Spain is considered the best restaurant in the world. Joan Roca is the head chef; Josep Roca, the middle brother, is the sommelier, and the youngest brother, Jordi Roca, is in charge of desserts) At Rocambolesc he offers ice cream as high craft. This delicious ice cream comes in six flavors: chocolate 70%; baked apple based on an old recipe from Jordi Roca’s mother; vanilla from Papantla, Mexico; yogurt and sheep milk, a classic dessert of Celler Can Roca; carrot, mandarin and apricot sorbet; A limited edition Panettone ice cream, uniquely “Icy Hot”, And a spongy bread containing creamy ice cream. On the sixth floor at El Corte Ingles you can find the “Gastrobar Experience“. In this gourmet shopping area you can find high quality food products, a selection of cheeses, preserves, chocolates and food from around the world, plus a large assortment of wine and champagnes.

Gourmet Experience is on the top (9th) floor of the El Corte Ingles Dept Store near Plaza Callao (there may be several in Madrid). There are about small 10 food counters (pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, Mexican, sushi, sweets, sandwiches, salads,etc.), each offering reasonably priced, tasty food. Crowded with locals, which is obviously a good sign.

This place is amazing! The waiter was so good! The wine was great not to mention the spectacular view of the city at night. Many types of food and they are English friendly! Will definitely return. Went with some friends that were also visiting here and they recommended it. So glad they did!

El Corte Ingles is the biggest chain of department store in Spain and in Europe. The one located at Nuevos Ministerios in Madrid is the biggest and the best of them all. Locals and tourists can buy everything there. And if they need to eat something, the Gourmet Experience is fantastic. You don't have to leave the store because it's a set of different little restaurants in the middle of the delicatessen supermarket (known as Club del Gourmet). Spanish cuisine, Japanese, Chinese, high end Hamburgers, special Pizzas, salads, etc… And you can ask to be served from different restaurants. Just try it if you're there: you won't regret it.
