  • I went to have dinner with my boyfriend to this nice little restaurant close by to our house. We had just moved not long ago to the area , and wanted to try something new, instead of driving always all the way to the city center. I was surprised in a good way entering the restaurant, it was quite busy, but an Italian servant gave us a table next to the window. Very friendly, even took our coats to hang them. We were quite excited, the menu looked quite promising, and we were very hungry. They brought bread and 2 slices salami and 2 olives each before the entrance dish arrive, as the italians use to do. So we ordered as an antipasti (starter) the Vitello Tonnato 11Euros ( veal slices with tuna sauce), and a bottle of red wine"piemonte". When they brought it, the very attentive staff immediately put pepper on top of it, which I wondered if they should have considered asking, but as I didnt mind I did not say anything. I really enjoyed this little starter, sharing with my man. Although he, as a meat fan, was quite dissapointed because he felt the tuna sauce was too strong and didn´t leave any space for the palate to taste the veal. But I did not mind, loved it and couldn´t wait for the main dish to arrive. My man had ordered a wild duck with vegetables (18 Euros), and I had ordered a Risotto with green asparagus and goat cheese (13 Euros). I couldn´t be more disappointed when tasting my risotto. The rize was overcooked, had no taste whatsoever except for a little taste of lemon, the asparagus were tasteless and the goat cheese you had to guess it. But mainly the fact that it was tasteless and so overcooked, it just tasted like bla. My boyfriend though the duck wasn´t juicy and very bland. The vegetables seemed frozen except for the potatoes and the duck skin wasn´t crispy. In general we though the dishes were too expensive for their quality and compared to other places in Munich were you can eat a bit cheaper but better. If we go back next time, it will certainly only
