  • This pizzeria is good. Service is fast and usually very kind. they have tables outside and the atmosphere is alright, They have good pizzas, really, I am Italia and I must say that is ok, really. The place is not owned by Italians nor does the personnel speak Italian, but the food is good and so is the beer and the cocktails. They also have jumbo cocktails for 150 crowns, not so bad in the end. I recommend this place

  • This was my second visit of this pizzeria, which is tucked away in little street just off the Karlovo square. The decor and ambiance is pleasant and I suppose the summer terrace will be very nice place to spend a summer evening sipping wine. I was a bit disappointed with the initial attention by the waiters. We had to wait about 10 mins and had to wave at the waiter to take our food order. After this, the service improved and we were looked after much better. The food was fairly nice, the gnocchi really tasty and the pizza slightly overdone and with thick crust. I prefer thin base as I believe it is more authentic for Italian pizzas. The pizza was however loaded with lots of mushrooms, spinach and ricotta cheese and tasted good. The beer on tap is now Staropramen, which is a pity. Previously they had Svijany, which is nice beer from smaller brewery from outside of Prague. The prices are quite reasonable, perhaps some 10-20 CZK higher than cheaper pizzerias in Prague. The pizzas are between 130-170 CZK and most other dishes are averaging 150-220 CZK. Large beer is 42 CZK. It was quite pleasant evening with normal food. Don't expect any culinary highlights here, but you will leave satisfied and fed.
