Our first trip to Salt Lake City and my wife and I stumbled upon Pago. We had a delicious and wonderful dinner outside on the patio. Our waiter Taylor was courteous, friendly and made you feel at home. Wonderful service. The food was excellent. My wife's Salmon was to die for as her main entree. She choose the BBQ Beets for appetizer and they also did not disappoint. I on the other hand choose the burger with fries for my entree and that was to die for as well. The fries are so nicely seasoned I think every restaurant should do them like that. For appetizer I choose the cheese plate which was awesome as well. The bread they serve with it is so fresh and delicious. We had a great time and good food with a wonderful atmosphere. Job well done. And we will definitely be back. Cheers

Dinner at Pago was very nice. The food was delicious and the atmosphere pleasant. I recommend their cheese plate for a starter. The chilled carrot, ginger soup was very nice and the pork sugo was so satisfying! The rest of our party enjoyed their burger and wonderful fries. I would highly recommend and will return.

We are visiting the area and found an article in the Salt Lake City travelers guide saying that you just had to try a hamburger at various resturants. We stopped today and ordered the Authentic Burger. Jason, our server greeted us at the door and seated us at a booth in the front window. We had a terrific view of the area as we enjoyed out lunch. The burgers arrived and we had quite a time to figure out how to go about eating them. They were HUGE. They were created with various ingredients including lettuce, cheese, pickled onions, bacon and a large fresh made hamburger patty. The large order of fries that accompanied the burger were very delicious. They were lightly salted and were sprinkled with parsley flakes and finely grated cheese. Jason was pleasant and very helpful with ideas of things that we should see in our limited time in the Salt Lake area. Thanks Jason

The food at Pago was great. Everything we has was delicious. The decor inside was cute. We sat on the patio. I would have very much appreciated more sturdy feeling tables and chairs. I do feel like maybe they were overly impressed with themselves a bit or maybe that was just our waitress. Sort of like they a trying a bit hard to be unique and want to make sure it doesn't go unnoticed. The food quality is great. I prefer a more subtle confidence.
