  • I will say that more than a bar is an experience. Canon is the kind of place that provides the perfect setting for the star of the show which are the very elaborate drinks that you get. The cocktails are not cheap but they are well worth it and provide you with the opportunity to explore new flavor profiles and combinations. My advise is to arrive early, later you will have to wait 30 min to an hour to get in.

  • Went back to Canon this past weekend and as usual was greeted by great service, great food and fantastic cocktails and an amazing collection of liquor. Aside from the above, sit at the bar, be brave, take the initiative an chat up your neighbors. What a great opportunity to meeting interesting people and share stories, experiences and recommendations.

  • If you enjoy going to some of the best bars in the world than Canon is surely on this exclusive list. Small but packs a huge punch with every type of drink to enjoy. Absinthe to WhiskEY. Make reservations - pay $25 pp - and it comes off your bill! If you don't normal spend that much on drinking - than save your money and Don't Go. It will make room for the Warriors who do.
