From pre-heating the V60 brewing kettle to spreading the fresh ground coffee evenly and using the filtered crisp water along with timing the brew perfectly. It was a spectacle to watch my coffee being made. Best cup of pour over coffee ever :)and the best coffeeshop in Vientiane
