It's one of those restaurants where the photos are more appetising than the actual food! Was served by a lazy waiter (we had to call out to them to take our order slip numerous times.) Further compounding the poor service, the waiter proceeded to putting all our dishes on the side of the table expecting us to serve ourselves. The food was very bland hardly any taste and the plating of rice was awful (imagine a plate of rice that was smothered to one side and half empty) avoid if you can.

Went by the recently opened Streats Hong Kong Cafe @ One KM for dinner. Decor is bright and cheerful looking, and the large window panes on the long-side of the restaurant allow natural light in making for what seems like a happy place to casual-dine. We had the Shanghai dumplings, crispy noodles, beef brisket noodles, and Yang Zhou fried rice. Pricing wise was about right for the Hong Kong/Asian-styled restaurants in mass-market malls like these. Taste-wise was a mixed bag though. The Shanghai dumplings were pretty expensive for its quantity + quality and didn't seem to taste any different from what you can get at hawker centers. The beef brisket noodles were decent and slightly spicy, but the normal crispy noodles were bland. Portions were generous though and wait service was prompt and attentive. Still, we'd probably check out elsewhere in the future when we're at One KM again. There are really better places for Asian streetfare-restaurant-styled at these prices.
