  • What a delight!!! a new spin on pizza. Light and fresh. Great food, superb coffee and pastries. This is a real find, got it all, casual, cafe by day, restaurant by night, great selection of beer, wine and spirits to boot!!! Great service, we will go back for more and more!! keep up the good work!! Next time, we are going after work so we can enjoy a few drinks and the Piadina's.

  • Found this recently opened venue with a comfortable outdoor space, thought I'd just have a coffee but then took sight of the delicious pastry selection. Had a chat with owner/chef Adam who told me about the fresh baked goods every morning. Speciality of the house is the Piadina, google it. Northern Italian staple, quality filling, not overdone on a house made flat bread, low GI, dry fried on a flat grill and served easy to eat. Great value but there is more. A tempting deli selection with house made produce and a clever wine list. Perfect for an after work wind down and the coffee was excellent.

  • We accidently stumbled across Fold and had a delightful chat with Adam not to mention a great lunch. It's a relaxed atmosphere with a communal table as well as benches and stools by the window. The baked items looked amazing

  • I love this place! I have been going there fairly regularly since it opened and I have never been disappointed. While it serves a variety of tasty dishes, the specialty is the piadina, an italian thin, flat, round bread that is warmed, folded in two and filled with delicious ingredients. The piadina is a new wonderful concept for Sydney, and it is appropriate for any meal, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. being italian I was skeptical at first, but they won me over after the first one. There is more than a dozen types of piadinas, but one of my favourites is the one with salmon, brie and rucola, which usually I get for lunch, while for brunch I often get one with prosciutto (the real italian san daniele!), rucola, tomatos and avocados. for something more filling I would recommend the one with gorgonzola (blue cheese), that goes really well with some of the wines they have. what all the piadinas have in common is that they all have very well balanced combination of unique flavors. so you know what you are eating: you can taste the prosciutto, the onion, the provolone, and the ingredients blend beautifully with each other. the piadinas are not the only specialty of this place, though. the pastry, baked on site, is absolutely scrumptious. I have a weak spot for the plain croissants, with their fluffy inside and crunchy outside, but I have also been very satisfied with the fruit pastries (pinapple and coconut!) and pretty much anything else one the pastry table. the food is not the only high point of the place, though. I like the environment: plenty of light, casual enough, you can sit at a big square table with other people if you feel social or you can have your own individual table. the owner/chef is always there and pays attention to his clients, no matter the size of the meals and not matter how busy he is. the personnel is very professional and friendly, and will remember your name in no time. overall, the eating experience is really pleasurable. this comes as cl
