  • This is located across from the Cleveland Park metro station, and offers indoor and outdoor seating, which is nice. Plenty of options and they serve plenty of food. We tried the wonton soup and green salad, which was huge. Enough for 2 to share if you want (or not!) and got the Red Curry beef and Panang Shrimp. I expected maybe 4 shrimp, and there were 8 (I think, maybe more) good sized shrimp. It was delicious! and the beef was plentiful as well. There are happy hour drink specials, which also helps. Friendly staff, it was a mix of business people, families and friends. Great place to try!

  • We live in the area and had been meeting to check this place out for a few months. Now I'm disappointed we didn't go there sooner. Literally everything we ordered was fantastic. Can't speak to the authenticity as I've never been to Thailand but this restaurant make me want to go. Friendly and attentive waitstaff at a reasonable price.

  • I live in Minnesota but have to travel to DC every month, and one of my "must" stops each time is a visit to Siam House. I always get their green curry. While I feel a lack of adventure in not trying their other items, I crave this dish all the rest of the month, and am just not able to try other main courses. While I walk from Woodley Park, finding the Siam House is so easy ... it is right at the top of the exit escalators of the Cleveland Park Metro station (west side of Connecticut Avenue).

  • My husband and I visited this restaurant after touring Hillwood Museum that morning. We found a free parking spot right on Connecticut Ave., which made it easy to get in and out. The Larb Gai appetizer is spicy and excellent. We also enjoyed the Pad Eggplant Chicken. Singha beer was a nice accompaniment to our meal. The service was friendly and prompt. The atmosphere is quite informal, not special, but it was perfect for a casual lunch.
