车票应该是越早买越便宜的。

点  buchung  进入预定，出来的页面是查车次的。 radio button 是单程和双程，下面是from/to/date， ->  是进入下一步。

Sorry, I made a mistake that you are looking for the ticket from Munich to Paris.   Then check , the German night train booking website. Sure they have e-ticket :-)

Although there are plenty of low-cost airlines serving in Europe, I can see  you are more interested in night train. If you start from Paris, you can find the schedule in  I don't know whether they have e-ticket now, but I am quite sure that 5 years ago they had the service of booking and paying on internet and collecting tickets in railway station.

there are many flights operated by air france n lufthansa from munich to paris every day. u can book ticket in beijing.
