This is a great drive-in burger. You want a juicy burger? Not worried about calories or anything else? Come here and get a burger. I ordered the large burger and it was filling in itself. The fries were good and the onion rings were like the old fashioned onion chips I remember from a burger joint years ago. As for the staff and service, what do you expect? This place was busy and all of the staff were busy making made-to-order fast food.They did a great job preparing my food and the drive-thru attendant made sure we had everything we ordered. I wouldn't frequent this place too often but for a burger treat, I recommend giving it a shot.

The quality of the food and the unique tongue-in-cheek signs, slogans, etc. make this special. I've been to a few different ones but the one on Vermont is my favorite.

I've been a patron of Fatburger since the late 70's in LA where they originated and when it was family-owned, and only two of them in LA, and it still is the best burger you can get anywhere in my opinion! While in the early days before it was franchised and you would just walk in and have to yell out your order in a huge crowd of late night customers and they'd still get it right, to the now franchised more controlled brand located in several cities in the US, it still tastes like it did back in the original days at all of them, and never disappoints my cravings or taste buds. You can order any size burger from small to XXX Large with everything from bacon and egg, cheese, grilled onions and chili, lettuce, tomato, pickles, sauce and hot peppers to chili fries with cheese and onions and anything else on it as well. They also have these great pickled hot peppers that are a must with a burger on the side, if you like spicy. The Fatburger on N. Vermont is a basic eat-in Fatburger restaurant like all of them with a jukebox for music while you wait and diner like tables and chairs. All food is cooked fresh to order and you're guaranteed to be full and content when you leave! If your health conscious about what type of burger you eat and picky about your diet and what's on it, they have turkey burgers also and you can pick what you'd like on it, but in my opinion this may not be the best place for you. However if you want a great, tasty, delicious and fast-food famous, real traditional meaty, juicy hamburger with everything you can think of to put on it, then go to Fatburger. Service is good, generally fast, and prices are reasonable. When you finish eating, you won't be hungry for hours.....They're great!
