餐厅介绍

店面低调朴素，店里也不大，几张方桌和几个吧台座而已。提供地道的法餐，有着高性价比的午餐，特别是肉料理非常美味。大厨曾在东京、箱根等名店修行，后来还专程前往法国，在多家星级餐厅工作，经验丰富，料理手法地道又富有独特见解。

  • 首先不得不说这家店味道整体一般……平价餐厅 别抱啥子很美味的希望……人均35+好像 吃完之后果断扎进麦当劳啃了两对鸡翅一包薯条 对不起厨师大哥了嘿
    - 最好吃的是crisp pork belly🐷酥脆的皮紧实的肉 蘸着甜橙芥末酱配着腌萝卜丝 口感还是不错滴
    - 烤章鱼腿蛮肥美的 就是总共加起来可能也就🐙的一条小短腿吧

  • 一家法国菜餐厅，店不算很大的哦，里面的土豆泥放了螃蟹肉很好吃的哦，里面的色拉的味道也是可以的，浓汤的味道非常的好喝，总体满意。

  • 店面很窄，服务不错，现在提供食物的速度也快了，但我觉得在某种程度上太快意味着质量不高。这里的季节性塔蒂炒得特别好吃。

  • We enjoyed our meal at Saveur very much and appreciated the superior level of customer service we received. We did find that the theme of the menu did change since our last visit in December. The dishes seem to reflect Hokkaido more with inclusions such as smoked salmon. The menu reflects what locals want and love which is understandable but in my case I prefer the authenticity of French cooking with small village favourites that the chef picked up while living and cooking in France. I also found the serving size of the main meal a bit small although the meat was excellent. For a meal of $100 I expected a bit more. This remain however one of the best bistros in Sapporo and highly recommended if you love seafood.

  • A small bistro inside a commercial building in Susukino with only 20 seats including 8 counter seats around the open kitchen. I and my wife went there at 1:15 without reservation and the restaurant was already full. We were hopeless as we know that the last order is 1:30, but then the hostess came out and told us to come again in 20 minutes. We were served when we came back and felt so lucky. Later I note that it is advised to reserve 1 month in advance in their FB. There are 2 lunch sets and we ordered the one with 5 courses. All the dishes were very tasty and the ingredients were fresh from Hokkaido. My main course was the baked white fish with crab meat and sea urchin. The taste of seafood was so strong that I can still remember it now. The desert was pumpkin crepe with caramel ice cream and was also excellent. All the dishes were seriously cooked and finely presented, but the price was only 2000 yen plus tax (the other 7-course set is 4500 yen). When we left, both the hostess and the chef came out to say goodbye to us. It was a very high quality and great value meal. Highly recommended.

  • We visited Saveur once again on 23 Dec to enjoy their special Christmas Dinner menu. Once again, we were amazed at the food quality and preparation. This is one of the best restaurants in Japan and in my opinion the best in Sapporo. Saveur offers oustanding authentic French cuisine in a lovely small restaurant with proper table setting and cutlery. Service is great and a professional sommelier is available for assistance in selecting wine. Saveur has a fair selection of French wines at very reasonable prices. Indeed, what makes this restaurant so great is that the lack of frills and hidden charges that I have had to suffer at other Sapporo restaurants. Sapporo's only 3 star Michelin restaurant, for example, offers a dessert course that is not included in the charge. We only realized the extra charges after leaving the restaurant feeling somewhat cheated. Other restaurants offer cheese and other "extras" that are introduced to you in a misleading way. You get none of this at Saveur. They are very clear with their customers and explain the menu and charges in a very friendly manner. Wine: We were charged a corkage fee of 1,500 yen to bring our own bottle. This is at the low end of what you will pay in other French restaurants in Sapporo. Extremely reasonable for the quality of service you receive. Bravo! Saveur you are the best!
